On 30 September 2023, Caron Elizabeth (Hyland) Shepley, aged 56, passed away peacefully in her home in Caledon, Ontario surrounded by family after a 5 year battle with cancer.

Caron, born on 21 June 1967, grew up in King City, Ontario and graduated from King City Secondary School in 1986. She went on to major in Physical Education at MacMaster University after which she became a founding partner of Personal Best, a corporate and personal fitness training company with her husband, Barrie, and friend Sheldon.

Throughout her life, she was an amazing Ironman athlete, yoga teacher, paddle board instructor, spiritual energy researcher, animal communicator, animal cause fundraiser, and friend and inspiration to so many.

She is survived by her spouse Barrie, mother Alice, twin sister Jill (Tim), brother Greg, nephew Harrison, and niece Sarah. She is predeceased by her father Harold. She is loved by Barrie’s parents, Ernie and Joyce, sister Lynne (Mark), niece Dana, and nephew, Chris.
